We were very grateful that you quickly arranged a villa for us in South France during our time of need! Thank you very much for that! Regarding the villa: the layout and cleanliness were very good! The pool was also really great and very large! Now, about the negative aspects: There was no air conditioning! We had temperatures of 33-37 degrees every day and we were almost boiling! The paving around the pool is in very poor condition! The garden is not well maintained! The gardener came on Saturday morning at 8:30 and was gone after 40 minutes! This is too little for such a large outdoor area! One thing must be praised as well: the villa is equipped with everything! Nothing was missing! The grill area with the outdoor refrigerator is also very good! The sunshades could use some repairs! The support was very friendly and always helpful!! Best regards, Ralf
